Alleluia! Christ Is Risen!
Dear Brothers and Sisters in Christ,
April was filled with adventure for the Payne family. We traveled to Kenya for the annual Africa Region LCMS Missionary meetings. We had some visitors from the United States. And we celebrated Holy Week and Easter at the main church in Shinyanga. The SELVD diocese also received some exciting news. The Assistant to the Bishop was called to be Bishop of another diocese.
