WONDERFUL NEW FRIEND COMES TO SEE MISSION CENTRAL FROM CPH!!

 

It was a very special evening when Dr. Ken Ohlemeyer, Missionary Senior Manager, Marketing Specialist, of Concordia Publishing Company came all the way from St. Louis, Missouri to see the Lord’s Mission Central on the late afternoon of May 15th, 2019, at 6:30 PM and was able to spend 2 hours here to see what the Lord can do with an old set of farm buildings in the middle of the hills of Western Iowa.

Old Missionary Gary could tell IMMEDIATELY that this special Missionary was truly NOT NORMAL!  What a JOY to have the privilege of giving Ken a special tour, and his eyes were “opened” and he could see that this was truly a MIRACLE place.

He was amazed when I told him, that the world famous Rev. Dr. Dale Meyer, President of Concordia Seminary and world wide renowned Lutheran Hour speaker, would be here in person speaking at our Ascension Service on May 30th, and that he was bringing another group of 7 special people from Collinsville, Illinois with him for three days!  We are expecting some under a thousand people for this special event!!

Dr. Ohlemeyer and Old Missionary Gary immediately “hit it off” and this is truly another example of God placing the “right people at the right place at just the right time”.  What a JOY to have this new friend that provided some wonderful gifts of love for Mission Central to provide for the thousands of people that visit this MIRACLE PLACE.

Here you see Dr. Ohlemeyer in front of our Boss here at the Lord’s Mission Central Office.  It was a day we will long remember, and the beginning of a friendship that will last for all eternity.
