SPECIAL FAMILY COMES TO CELEBRATE A 70TH ANNIVERSARY!

What would you do celebrate your 70th birthday?  Well, many of us would say, “I want my family at our home!”  But, not the NOT NORMAL family from Cambridge, Nebraska!

No, Missionary Volunteer Typist, wanted something very different….Joy Deterding, long, long, long time volunteer typist for the Lord’s Mission Central wanted her entire family to travel all the way from Western Nebraska to come celebrate her 70^th Birthday at her beloved Mission Central!

Here they came on July 22nd, 2023, and here you see this amazing Harms and Deterding Family together at our Mission Central sign!  What a way to spend your Birthday!  The family enjoyed the tour of the Ministry Center, the Lord’s Creation Theater and the Barn Museum….they enjoyed the meal we had for them, and they had the privilege of hearing 2 of our dear missionary families from Taiwan!  What a birthday, and here you see the family all together.  It was a day they will never, never forget.
