June & July 2023 Newsletter

from the Ramirez Family in Peru

Happy Fourth of July! While we’re not celebrating American Independence Day in Peru we do have a lot to celebrate. The Lord is doing wonderful things to grow His church in Lima. Read about what’s happening this summer in our latest newsletter.

Don’t forget to look for us on facebook for more updates, photos and videos from the mission field.

Witness Highlight: Mission Education Short-Term Team

In May a group of five future church workers joined us from Concordia University Nebraska.  It was a joy and a blessing to share the work of the Peru mission and reflect on the whole church’s calling to mission. Their fellowship and witness of faith was an encouragement to our young church body. At the same time we on the mission field witnessed to them about how little is really necessary to be the church: The Word of God, a place to meet, and the Sacraments. Read more about this witness experience in the full print newsletter.
