Not Normal people from Nebraska and Wyoming come to Mission Central

It was one of those days we will never, never, never forget here at the Lord’s Mission Central.  Four very NOT NORMAL people came to spend the afternoon at this MIRACLE PLACE to see what God has done here in the middle of nowhere with an old set of farm buildings.

Yes, it was a bit of a SPECIAL UNION TIME.  About 23 years ago Old Missionary Gary met Missionary Pastor Duane Simonson at Rural Hebron, Nebraska where he was the pastor of the rural church there.  Meeting Pastor Duane Simonson and his dear wife Nelda for the first time he could tell immediately that this couple was NOT NORMAL!

Pastor Simonson was called to Buffalo, Wyoming where he has served for 19 years, and what a loved and special pastor he was to the congregation there!  Nelda was called to our real home on January 22nd, 2019, and she is now waiting for us!

On Monday April 15th, 2019, Pastor Simonson, and his daughter from Gretna, Nebraska, Stacy Henkel and her son Jackson came for a special visit to Mission Central and what a blessing to have accompany them, the Honorable Missionary Rev. Sam Pitsch from Good Shepherd Lutheran Church there in Gretna.

This special tour group of 4 was able to see the entire set up here at the Lord’s Mission Central.  It was an afternoon that we will never forget.  Here you see this group in front of our Boss at HIS Mission Central.  We thank God for special friends like these missionaries that God placed in our path in this journey we call life!
