Tri, Tri Again
THREE cheers for you, my faithful partners in the Gospel, who, by God’s grace, have helped see me through nearly THREE months of sheltering in place. You guessed it: it’s Trinity Sunday as I write this. As Lutheran Christians, we constantly marvel at the mystery of the THREE-in-one, but on this day in the church year, we pause to praise God – Father, Son, and Holy Spirit – for who He is. My June newsletter further unpacks the theme as I share musings on what it means to be baptized into His triune name and draw on the chief work of each person of the Trinity to summarize the gist of a recent professional development opportunity.
