Greetings in the name of our risen Lord and Savior! Easter celebrations in Peru and probably where you are, too, looked different this year than in years past, but we as Christians cling to Christ’s eternal victory over sin, death, the devil…and viruses, knowing that He vanquished them once and for all by His glorious resurrection.
Ministry in Peru looks different, too. The team is holding worship and even catechesis virtually and doing its best to care for members who have been hard hit with economic challenges. Additionally, there will be no in-person FORO meeting or ordination/installation in June. Rather…
- A virtual FORO will be held via Zoom sometime this summer. More information is forthcoming.
- The tentative rain date for Elvis’ ordination/installation is Sunday, November 8, during the regularly scheduled, in-person FORO Thursday, November 5 – Monday, November 9 (including travel dates).
Thank you for your flexibility and patience during this season. Your fervent prayers are also deeply felt; know that the Peru team is simultaneously lifting you up in prayer.
