African missionaries from around the world and around the district come to visit Mission Central

It was a truly glorious day on August 8th when we welcomed a group of folks from Glenwood, Iowa to hear the exciting mission update from Missionaries Britt and Micah Odemba, who are serving Kenya. We also were blessed to have members from our Sudanese Lutheran Church in LeMars, IA (and other area Sudanese congregations) lead us in a hymn sing and also report on what our Lord is doing to reach out to Sudanese immigrants right here in Iowa. It was a day to celebrate, and so many of these visitors had never been to Mission Central before. They were so excited to have a full tour of our entire campus. It was a day that we will always remember.
