A SPECIAL VISIT IN SHERBURN, MINNESOTA WITH A TRULY “NOT NORMAL” FAMILY, THE KAHLER FAMILY!

One of the JOYS of this life is the gift of friendship and love with special Christian Families.  Special families that know the Lord Jesus, and who are not of the world, but are the Lord’s people in the world.  People that fully understand what we are doing here on earth…..and that is telling others about our dear Lord Jesus.

Over 20 years ago I met the Kahler Family of Sherburn, Minnesota!  Allen and Marlys were truly special people and then met their entire family.  What an absolute JOY to spend time with their entire family at St. John Lutheran Church at Sherburn, Minnesota.  Their family has grow and grown and all the family knows the Lord Jesus!

Here you see Allen and Marlys are pictured and also their family.  Without the Lord allowing old Missionary Gary to know families like the Kahler Family, he could NOT have continued all of these 28 years and their love, prayers and support have meant much more than they truly realize.  The gift of special Christian Friends is one of the greatest gifts that the Lord gives to us to keep us filled with JOY and encouragement.
