ZION LUTHERAN AT HUMBOLDT, IOWA COMES TO HEAR REV. CHARLES ST. ONGE!

What a wonderful way to celebrate “Reformation Day” at the world-famous Mission Central!!

Rev. Charles St. Onge, from Latin America and from his congregation at Montreal, Canada came in person to present one of the finest programs.  Telling of his work with immigrants and people who have never, never heard the name of Jesus.  French is the language of Montreal, and God has blessed Pastor St. Onge to speak to the people, refugees and immigrants who are flocking to this French speaking city from all parts of the world.  His stories were amazing and so were his pictures!

The Honorable Missionary Pastor Rev. Mark Hansen brought a wonderful group of very, very special NOT NORMAL members of Zion Lutheran Church of Humboldt, Iowa to visit this MIRACLE PLACE, and to have “dinner” here with roast beef, potatoes and gravy and corn and salad and a special pumpkin desert!  It was not a “lunch”!!…thanks to our dear volunteer cooks.

This group came for a tour also, so the tour started with a special prayer in the wayside prayer chapel, and then to the office, the Ministry Center, the Lord’s Creation Theater and the famous Barn Museum.  Then after the tour, the group had their meal, and then Rev. St. Onge presented his report!  We had the privilege of praying and sending Pastor St. Onge.

Here you see the group in the chapel, that just had the right seating, and then Pastor St. Onge Presenting to the entire group, and finally a picture of the group praying for this special missionary.  It was indeed a day we will long, long remember!
