Teaching and Preaching
If you are a regular reader of this newsletter you will be familiar with how I regularly meet with about 40 – 70 pastors, teachers, and elders to teach and learn theology. In this newsletter you’ll read a familiar story like that. You can read about an aspect of our ministry that I don’t often talk about, sitting on the Board of Directors for the Chinese Evangelical Lutheran Church based in Taiwan. I recently took a trip there and had the opportunity to preach at one of their congregations, something I don’t get to do a lot in Indonesia.
We also feature a regular column on our website called Ask the Woods Wednesday. If you ever have a question about Indonesia, our family, the work here specifically, what it’s like to work with the LCMS internationally, our new dog, or anything else that comes to mind please send me an email and ask! We will put it in the queue of questions and provide an answer.
