From the Esteemed Arch-Bishop of LCN, His Grace, the Most Reverend Dr. Christian O. Ekong:

“Dear Brothers,

I must tell you that I am very very happy today. The two students who went for their interviews at … the US embassy are successful. The Lord is faithful!

I have asked them to wait there for 3 working days so that they can return to … with their visas. …

Let me thank all you and Your Congress Person for your very deep concern, commitment to the success so achieved and effective prayers. The good Lord will reward all of your kindness to me and the Lutheran Church of Nigeria bountifully.

In Him,

Beloved Brethren, let us join with the Arch-Bishop, and LCN,  in thanking God for the aforementioned  news.

O Heavenly Father, bless the five LCN Pastors whom You have given the opportunity for further studies, grant them wisdom and integrity to be good students/citizens. I thank You for the Visa which You have granted to all five of them. Preserve them in peace, and prosper them in all of their endeavors at CTS, Ft. Wayne, IN. Calm their anxious hearts and give them rest. Be their light in the darkness and their never-ending peace in trouble. Give them the assurance that nothing can separate them from You, not even being separated/away from family, friends, and home with all of its stressfulness. Refresh them so that others will see Your good work in them and Glorify Your Name. Amen.

Continue to provide for them and the Baptized who support this mission with prayer, finance, etc., all that they will need, keep them in the shadow of Your Wings in all places, and at all times, through the same Jesus Christ Your Son, our Lord who lives and reigns with You and the Holy Spirit, one God now and forever. Amen.

Have a Blessed and Joyous New month of October, 2019, in Him, Who is your Provider, and your Shield. Amen.

Sincerely in Christ,

Pastor Wokoma.
