VERY SPECIAL MEMORIAL TREE ARRIVES AT THE WORLD-FAMOUS MISSION CENTRAL THE DAY BEFORE THANKSGIVING!
We keep on having MIRACLES happen at Mission Central! Another ONE OF THEM THERE MIRACLES happened on November 27th, 2024! Totally “out of the blue” strangers came and delivered a very, very special gift! Yes, many months ago we received word from all of our dear missionaries stationed in the area of Asia and Taiwan, that they have pooled their personal funding and wanted to purchase a tree to be planted at Mission Central in loving memory of our dear, dear Maxine Thies!
We waited and waited for the arrival of this special memorial gift, and on this special day the tree arrived and was placed in a very, very special location!
Here you can see the men planting the tree and when it was all watered and in place A SPECIAL MEMORIAL SIGN WAS PLACED THAT READ: “IN LOVING MEMORY OF MAXINE THIES” from all the missionaries in Asia and Taiwan. Wow, what a special gift that will always be there to remember one of the greatest missionaries of all time!
