THREE AMAZING MISSIONARIES FROM TAIWAN PRESENT TO MISSION CENTRAL ON AUGUST 3RD, 2024!!!!
On Saturday the 3rd of August an amazing gathering took place at Mission Central! Yes, a wonderful group of friends from St. Paul Lutheran Church at Ankeny, Iowa arrived along with other special NOT NORMAL guests came for a day tour. This group of special people all gathered to hear Veteran Missionary Barb Rebentisch, 20 year veteran of serving in Taiwan, and Missionary Rev. Dr. Tom Park from Taiwan, and also we had the privilege of seeing Hannah Hester new missionary of the LCMS Office of International Missions, who will be leaving for Taiwan in January as our new missionary.
It was a WONDERFUL DAY! What a JOY to see the pictures and hear the stories of these special people of how God is using them to touch the lives of people who never had heard the name of Jesus!
In our pictures you will see the entire group seated and we were praying for them, they were presenting to the entire group and a picture of the three missionaries and also Hannah Hester’s dad in front of our Boss!
It was indeed one of those special days that we will never, never forget.
