Dear friends in Christ,
Greetings from the Czech Republic!
As June comes to a close, so have most of the regular school-year activities. This month has been full of temporary farewells, surprising conversations, and a lot of planning for the summer ahead.
Below are a few lines of a hymn titled ‘Come, Thou Fount Of Every Blessing.’ A recording of this hymn was shared with me a few days ago. It has brought me joy to have the words of this hymn come to my mind throughout the course of my days this week.
Oh, to grace how great a debtor
daily I’m constrained to be!
Let thy goodness, like a fetter,
bind my wandering heart to thee.”
May the reality of God’s goodness and grace strengthen and sustain you today, tomorrow and always.
Yours in Christ,
