Getting Creative

My new upstairs wall decor (pictured above) – the result of artfully rendering a different Bible verse each day during the month of April – is a metaphor for life since my last newsletter. I’ve enjoyed being creative with markers, colored pencils, and watercolors AND dreaming up new ways to connect people to God’s Word when we cannot do so face-to-face. This month, enjoy a few reflections on my first foray into lettering and learn how the LCMS is using something you’ve likely been doing since you were a toddler to draw hearts around the world to the Savior.
