This training program provides pre-seminary training opportunities for men in the confessional church body of Lutheran Church of East Africa (LCEA) in Tanzania. The target audience are men who desire to serve as pastors or who considering the possibility of serving as pastors. Training sessions are held in various parts of the country by seminary instructors and senior pastors in the church. Funds for LCEA MTC program provide for materials, stipends for instructors and other expenses.
