Alleluia! He is risen indeed!
Blessed Easter greetings from the Czech Republic!
When Jesus appears to His disciples after His resurrection in Luke 24, the disciples are described as being in disbelief because of their joy (verse 41). The joy that the disciples experienced in seeing their risen Lord was so overwhelming and indescribable that it caused them to doubt that it was actually true.
This same resurrection joy is the joy that you and I get to walk in every day. Already, it seems to me as if Easter Sunday was months ago rather than merely two Sundays ago. Yet, the joy of the resurrection is not confined to one day. We live in the joy and hope of Easter Sunday each and every day.
