GALVA, IOWA RURAL FAMILY COMES FOR A TOUR THAT THEY WILL NEVER, NEVER FORGET & NEITHER WILL OLD MISSIONARY GARY!

On August 4th, 2022, it was another one of those real “God Things”…when the Lord sent a very, very NOT NORMAL family to come and visit HIS Mission Central.  A special family that God sent at “just the right time”.  The young missionaries really enjoyed the full tour of the day!

Lance Anderson from rural Galva, Iowa wanted his two boys to see Mission Central….so, on this special day Lance brought his two sons, Owen age 12 and Garrett age 9 to come and see what God can do with an old set of farm buildings in the middle of nowhere!  They are members of St. John Lutheran Church (Hanover) at Alta, Iowa, where Rev. Zach Viggers is the Shepherd of that wonderful flock!

This family had never seen Mission Central, and it was so good to spend time here for the family, because the Lord saw fit to call home the wife and mom of this family on March 19th, 2022.  Carrie Anderson was only 38 when the Lord called her to our real home, and she was the daughter of our close friends Armin and Dawn Christiansen of Early, Iowa.

It was a day that Old Missionary Gary will never forget and it is his hope that these 3 special friends will NOT forget their tour and time here.   Here you see these dear friends with our Boss in the background!
