If you guessed cacao, you’re right! I recently introduced DR Volunteer Coordinator Dana to my go-to chocolate factory just outside Santiago as a part of her on-the-job training, and I’m looking forward to accompanying a Belize volunteer team to one of many chocolate factories there later this month.
