Hi there! I hope this email finds you and yours well.
In our October Mission Update newsletter, you’ll read about :
- New missionaries for Latin America
- Some good visa news and some not so good visa news
- An update from Rafa’s surgery

. . . and more!
Thank you so much for your prayers and support!
As always, we’d love to hear from you. Feel free to send us a note and share what’s going on and what God is doing in your part of the world. What are you praying about this month?

Psalm 73: 23-26:
“Nevertheless, I am continually with you;
you hold my right hand.
You guide me with your counsel,
and afterward you will receive me to glory.
Whom have I in heaven but you?
And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you.
My flesh and my heart may fail,
but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”

Do you listen to podcasts? LCMS Life Ministry has a podcast, “Friends for Life”. Jamielynn was invited to be a guest earlier this year and the episode recorded just dropped at the end of August.
The Podcast description says, “We believe that God is the author and sustainer of all life. We also know it can be hard to speak about the intrinsic value of that life when it feels like the world is trying to drown us out. We’re right here beside you. In this podcast of The Lutheran Church—Missouri Synod’s Life Ministry, we’re coming alongside one another as a community of Christ’s redeemed people, ones who are speaking up for and living out the sanctity of human life. Together we’ll explore life issues in a way that honors our heavenly Father’s value of human life, serves our neighbor, and connects us to others who are doing the same. Join us, so that together we can be friends for life.”
