Dear Partners in mission,
Greetings! Thank you for your prayers this week for the people of Accra, Ghana in light of their recent flood!
It appears that none of our church members were adversely affected by the flood. Nor do there seem to be reports of large numbers of suddenly homeless people. We give thanks for that!
I did read one report that stated 12 school children have drowned in floods in Ghana during this past month. Another report indicated that flood control is likely to become a major issue in the next rounds of political campaigns.
