This training program provides pre-seminary training opportunities for men and women in the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Ghana. The target audience are men who desire to serve as pastors or who considering the possibility of serving as pastors and women who desire to serve in deaconess-like roles. Training sessions are held in various parts of the country by seminary instructors and senior pastors in the church. Funds ELCG TEE provide are for transportation, materials, stipends for instructors and other expenses.
