DEAR FRIENDS FROM CHILI, WISCONSIN COME TO VISIT THE WORLD-FAMOUS MISSION CENTRAL!

It was again “one of those days that had to happen”. It was a Wednesday morning and for the first time in a long time, we had an open morning, as the afternoon was already scheduled here at the Lord’s Mission Central. Yes, on that morning of September 18th, 2024 at 9:00AM a car all the way from Chili, Wisconsin rolled into the parking lot! Out stepped Veteran Missionary Margaret L. Grottke and her son Missionary Stephen J. Grottke, and they both came from their farm in Wisconsin. They had made a similar stop on June 14th, 2018….and now they wanted to come back and stop and pray together in our little wayside prayer chapel!

What a special blessing to have NOT NORMAL CHRISTIAN FRIENDS LIKE DEAR MARGARET AND STEPHEN! Our morning was filled with such a special time to “make more memories”, as we were able to catch up on our family news together.

Here you see these dear friends in our office with our Boss in the background and we were able to give them a special gift of the famous painting by Warner Sallman that was painted in 1940, and it’s the most reproduced picture in the entire world. They were able to see the 5 things that were hidden in this picture. It was a time we won’t forget.
