CALVARY LUTHERAN CHURCH FROM SIOUX CITY, IOWA BRING THEIR YOUTH FOR SPECIAL TOUR OF MISSION CENTRAL!
What a blessing to welcome the youth from Calvary Lutheran Church to Mission Central on Wednesday the 6th of November 2024 at 6:30PM for a 2 hour tour of this MIRACLE PLACE.
This evening event began with a special “swearing in” ceremony for all the members of the group that they will be real missionaries for the rest of their lives and will tell many, many people about our dear Lord Jesus. They heard the last words of Jesus in Mark 16:15, and now realize that Jesus wants all people to be saved and come to the knowledge of the truth….all over the world. Then the group was shown people from all over the world that need to hear about our Savior Jesus!
The group then were able to “experience” the Creation Theater and the Barn Museum. The final experience was the fact that they had the privilege of hearing and seeing the story of one of our newest missionaries, the Rev. Jason Growth and his family who are heading to Belize to share the message of Jesus with the people in this land of darkness, and the group agreed to pray for and support this special family…..as Rev. Alex Smith from this congregation had been with the Groth Family for four years!
It was indeed a very, very special evening and Rev. James Travis and his dear wife Stacy led the group and what a JOY TO HAVE THESE MISSIONARIES!
