Bombaro family visits Mission Central

What a JOY and BLESSING to welcome the world famous Rev. John Bombaro Family to Mission Central on January 7th, 2020! What a wonderful way to start the new year of 2020 with the arrival of one of the finest missionary families old Missionary Gary had ever interviewed! This family is indeed NOT NORMAL, and especially the children!

Each of these children, Sophia, Marie, Anna and Luca ALL KNEW THAT THEIR CALLING in Riga, Latvia was to TELL PEOPLE ABOUT OUR DEAR LORD JESUS! We are NOT sending one missionary in this family…we are sending 6 missionaries! Melinda, the mom of the family gave a wonderful testimony of her calling as a missionary also. Rev. Bombaro will be truly “equipping the saints” in Riga Latvia where he will be teaching and training pastors and evangelists to go out in this land of darkness to start NEW Lutheran Churches! Equipping local people in Latvia to tell many, many others about our Savior Jesus, so that there will be many, many more people in our “real home”.

The harvest is ready now in Latvia, as they are asking our LCMS to send teachers into this harvest field to equip the saints there! They are realizing their history of Christianity, and they are eager to listen.

Here you see this wonderful Missionary Family in front of our Boss here at the Lord’s Mission Central! We were able to share what the Lord has done here at this MIRACLE PLACE with this family and gave them a tour of the facilities, the Ministry Center, Barn Museum and the Creation Theater, and we were able to Pray for them and “send them” from our little wayside prayer chapel, with a special blessing for each of these 6 missionaries! It was a day we will ALWAYS remember! Then they started on the next leg of their travels with an 11 hour car ride! We will be praying for them, as they will be leaving for Latvia in a few weeks.
