AMAZING NOT NORMAL PASTOR DRIVES TO MISSION CENTRAL FROM CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA ON TUESDAY THE 2ND OF JULY!
What an absolute JOY and BLESSING to have the privilege of welcoming, the Honorable Missionary Pastor Chris Navurskis to our humble Lord’s Mission Central in the hills of Western Iowa! Pastor Navurskis is the senior pastor of the famous King of Kings Congregation at Cedar Rapids, Iowa! This man jumped in his car and by himself drove across the state of Iowa to visit a place he had heard about…and wanted to “see for himself” what this place is like and “if it is for REAL!!!!!
Rev. Kavurskis wanted to also meet Missionaries Matt Wasmund and his wife DeeDee and their daughter Lily! It was a special day for this “NOT NORMAL PASTOR”…and he was able to also see the Creation Theater, the Barn Museum, the Ministry Center and the little wayside prayer chapel! Then to wind up his tour he was able to see our offices here and have his photo taken with our Boss in the background! It is because God sends special pastors like this dear friend, that we have been able to continue our mission work here at the Lord’s Mission Central. We won’t ever forget this special time together, and he was able to give a special “sending prayer” to our dear Missionaries, the Wasmund Family returning to Korea and Hannah Hester going to Taiwan!
