A SPECIAL FAMILY SAYS “I’LL SEE YOU LATER” TO THEIR DAD AND GRANPA!

What a privilege it was to travel to Mt. Olive Lutheran Church at Watertown, South Dakota to be with the Bill and Myrna Snow family on March 12th, 2021 to be a part of the celebration of Bill Snow’s “GOING HOME”.

Yes, it was 27 years ago that I met Pastor Rich Snow and his family, when Pastor Snow was serving at Trinity Lutheran Church in Auburn, Nebraska…and that’s when I learned of missionaries, Bill and Myrna Snow, who lived at Watertown, South Dakota.  This special couple was truly NOT NORMAL!  They were the parents of their pastor sons!  I could tell right away, when I visited Bill and Myrna Snow at Watertown, that they were indeed NOT NORMAL!  They both had a great love for the Lord Jesus and their family truly carried on that vision in their lives.  Dear Myrna was called home first, and then on Friday the 12th of March we all gathered to celebrate Bill’s GOING HOME ALSO!

It was a wonderful blessing to have the privilege of being with the family, and Old Missionary Gary took a photo of the NOT NORMAL family of Rev. Rich and Val Snow at the gathering of the Snow Family!  We all knew without question that in just a little while we will get to see Bill and Myrna again, because of our dear Lord Jesus and what HE did for us on the cross!  WE LOVE THE SNOW FAMILY HERE AT MISSION CENTRAL!
